I don't think I've ever had the chance to thank you for how you changed my career and especially at the young age of 25. I left ACE last year at this time to help a friend launch a start up called Find Me Gluten Free. It is basically Yellow Pages for the growing gluten-free community. Without Common Sense Selling I dont know where I'd be. Probably data dumping, product pushing and not finding pain. The confidence you gave me makes me eternally grateful. This week I took Ray and Aaron to an industry conference. They were brilliant thanks to the Sales Coach training. We watched other sales reps pushing long boring demos on dazed prospects. I believe what Aaron said was, I could hug John Schumann. They asked wonderful engaging questions and showed genuine interest and got a lot in response. As a result we learned more and got nearly twice as many leads as at previous events. A competitor came up to me and asked what on earth we were giving away.
